Company Profile

Founded in 1986, Assurance Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) initially specialized in Environmental Qualification (EQ) testing for the nuclear power industry.  Our work soon expanded to include metrology, real-time software, and training support to the nuclear and process industries.

In 1989, Third Millennium Engineering (3ME) division was created as we expanded our scope to include design and fabrication of test, calibration, and experimental equipment for both nuclear and non-nuclear customers.

In 1998, we expanded our documented QA system to include design & manufacturing to nuclear safety levels.  This  step was part of a concerted effort to become a premier manufacturer of safety-related instruments.

Today, we provide the full life cycle of demanding systems, both nuclear and non-nuclear.  This scope extends from research through servicing, including development, design, manufacturing, qualification, startup, and training, as well as all required documentation.
